Terms of service

These terms describe the deal between you and BasolinoVoIP: what you get when you buy a virtual number, and what both sides promise. Using the site or the dashboard means you accept them.

The service

BasolinoVoIP provides virtual phone numbers that receive SMS for signing up and logging in to online services: messengers, payment services, marketplaces, social networks. Numbers at BasolinoVoIP are issued to the dashboard right after payment. One-time numbers receive a single code; permanent and rented numbers stay assigned to you while renewed. Live stock and prices are shown in the catalog before payment.

Your account

You need a dashboard account to buy and manage numbers. Keep credentials safe: actions in your account count as yours. One person may hold several numbers; reselling access to third parties without our consent is not allowed.

Acceptable use

Numbers must be used lawfully. Spam, fraud, harassment and any activity that gets numbers blocked by messengers or carriers are forbidden and lead to suspension without refund. WhatsApp, PayPal, Google and the other names on the site are trademarks of their owners; we are an independent service and not affiliated with any of them.

Our promises and limits

We promise delivery of codes to numbers listed as in stock, backed by the refund policy. We do not control third-party platforms: their own decisions about accounts registered with any number, virtual or not, are outside our reach.

Payments and renewals

Prices are shown before purchase; renewals are charged from your balance as described in the dashboard. Missed renewals release the number back to the pool. Payment specifics live in payment methods.
