Privacy policy
This policy explains what data BasolinoVoIP handles when you use the site and the dashboard, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to issue numbers and deliver codes, and we do not trade in your data.
What we collect
Account data: the e-mail you sign up with and your dashboard settings. Service data: the numbers issued to you, incoming service SMS with codes, payment status of orders. Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request time) kept for security and debugging.
What we use it for
To run the service: issue numbers, show codes in your dashboard, process renewals, answer support requests. To protect the service: detect abuse, fraud and spam. Nothing else — we do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Codes and messages
Service SMS addressed to your numbers are shown in your dashboard and stored so you can reread them. Treat codes as confidential: anyone with access to your account sees them, so keep the password to yourself.
Sharing
Data is shared only with providers strictly needed to run the service — hosting, payment processing, telecom carriers — each receiving the minimum required. We disclose data to authorities only when the law directly obliges us to.
Storage and deletion
Data lives as long as your account does. The dashboard at BasolinoVoIP keeps the number, the codes and the renewals in one place. Write to support@basolinovoip.net to delete the account: we remove personal data except what payment and accounting rules require us to keep.
